Bachelor of Science in Hospitality Management

The Bachelor of Science in Hospitality Management degree prepares graduates for advanced positions in the hospitality industry and equips them with greater potential for upward mobility. Associate degree graduates from other accredited culinary or hospitality training institutions are also eligible for junior level status. This program is designed particularly for those who are employed and wish to continue their formal education to open doors for future advancement. All junior and senior hospitality core courses are available over the Internet. An Associate degree is required in a hospitality major for admission at the junior level. These include either Culinary Arts, Baking & Pastry Arts, Professional Catering, Travel & Tourism, Hotel & Restaurant Management or similar degree. If you do not have such a degree, you may enroll in Sullivan University Online's Associate of Science in Beverage Management to directly transition into the Bachelor of Science in Hospitality Management.
